The service
Undeny provides software that extracts data from claim-denial documents, drafts appeal letters for your review, tracks appeal deadlines, and records recovered amounts. You review, edit, and send every appeal yourself; Undeny does not submit anything to payers on your behalf.
Not legal, clinical, or billing advice
Undeny is not a law firm, medical practice, or billing agency. Draft letters are generated from the documents and facts you provide and must be reviewed by a qualified person at your practice before sending. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of anything you file with a payer.
No outcome guarantees
Appeal outcomes are decided by payers. We make no representation that any appeal will succeed or that any amount will be recovered.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of users you invite. During the pilot period you agree to upload only de-identified or synthetic documents until a Business Associate Agreement is in place. You may not use the service to submit false or fraudulent claims or appeals.
Billing
The founding-pilot subscription is $99/month, billed by Stripe, cancellable anytime from the billing portal. The first month is refundable on request if the service does not pay for itself. The founding-pilot deposit is refundable until your subscription starts.
Your data
You own the documents and data you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storage, processing for extraction and drafting). We do not use your documents to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undeny's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from denied or unappealed claims.
Termination and changes
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms with notice by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
