Which payers and specialties does it work with?
Any payer whose denial you can upload — commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCOs. It's strongest today for physical therapy, chiropractic, behavioral health, dermatology, and primary care, where denial volume hurts the most.
Do you file the appeal for me?
Not yet. You download the finished letter as PDF or Word and send it the way the payer requires — fax, mail, or portal. Auto-submission is on the roadmap.
Is my data safe?
During the pilot, practices run on de-identified documents — no patient names, birth dates, or addresses in the system. Files live in private, encrypted storage; nothing is public and nothing is used to train models. Before any real patient documents are processed, we execute Business Associate Agreements with your practice and with every vendor in the chain. We won't claim certifications we don't have; we'll show you exactly how the data is handled.
How does billing and cancellation work?
$99/month, billed monthly in US dollars. Cancel anytime from the Billing page or by email — it takes effect at the end of the period and you're never charged again. If the first month doesn't pay for itself, email us within 30 days of the first charge for a full refund. The full policy is at undeny.xyz/refunds.
What if the appeal loses?
You track it. Upheld appeals still tell you something valuable — which denials to stop writing off and which to fight harder. We make no success guarantees; the payer decides. The industry numbers just say most appeals are never even attempted.
