Pricing questions
How does billing work?
$99/month for founding pilots, billed monthly in US dollars via Paddle (our merchant of record). Your card is charged on the same date each month. No annual commitment, no contracts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in the app or by emailing pilots@undeny.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then and are never charged again.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days. You get full access to everything during the trial. If you don't continue, you're never charged.
What's the refund policy?
If Undeny doesn't pay for itself in the first month, email us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. No questions, no friction. Full policy at undeny.xyz/refunds.
Why is the founding pilot price so low?
Founding pilots trade feedback for a locked price. You get $99/mo for life and direct input on what gets built next. We get the denial patterns and proof we need to serve more practices. After 10 seats, the public price is $199/mo.
Are there per-seat or per-user charges?
No. One subscription covers your entire practice — unlimited users, unlimited appeals. No per-seat pricing, no usage caps, no tiers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles invoicing, sales tax, and compliance.
Will the price go up?
Not for founding pilots — your $99/mo rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. The standard price after pilot seats fill will be $199/mo for new customers.
